    We are currently developing a leadership programme based on the questions and ideas explored in Leading in a Wicked World.

    The programme will explore leadership in complexity through different perspectives, reflection, dialogue and practice. Personal accountability will be an important part of that exploration: not as a leadership technique, but as a way of examining how we ourselves influence the situations we are trying to change.

    We are still shaping the programme and do not want to prescribe the format before the concept is ready.
